Taylor is a personal trainer in Winnipeg who has gone through a handful of injuries over the last decade and has tried most approaches to improving the pain she has had in her knee. Finding was to modify training, manage lifestyle and nutrition, working with lots of other experts in their field to find the best recipe for Taylor to be at her best.
