If you haven’t experienced burn out from covid, training or anything else you are among the few. Covid fatigue is a real thing that is happen because people are getting to a breaking point, this can happen with working out and anything else. I know i’ve experienced this recently. On this episode we will talk about the signs of burnout, and how to heal so you can return through discipline to get back to the things that matter most to you.

Peter has been in the fitness industry for 7 years and has just under a decade of military experience as a combat engineer. Through his time with the Canadian Forces and owning 302 Fitness, he has honed his work ethic, discipline, perseverance and has used these skills to serve himself and more importantly his clients.
